Without a doubt, 2022 was a year of immense progress in strategic projects such as the agreement to create Grupo Abra together with GOL; the simplification of our fleet to stay with A320 and B787 aircraft; the reconfiguration of the A320s to increase capacity by 20% with 3 differentiated seats; the simplification of our fare system; the launch of the onboard sales service, as well as more than 15 additional services (ancillaries) that allow our customers to personalize their trips; the strengthening of our contact center; and the growth of key businesses such as LifeMiles and Avianca Cargo. In 2023 we will continue to consolidate our business outlook with the clear objective of being the airline of choice for millions of travelers in Latin America", Adrian Neuhauser, President and CEO of Avianca.
