- Please note that in order to make a refund request for bookings that include infants (10 days to 24 months), you must enter your ticket number and add the other related tickets in the booking you wish to refund.
- Keep in mind that bank transactions may take up to 30 days before you see the credit on your account statement.
- EMD is the document on which the additional services are issued and is different from the ticket number, which stands for Electronic Miscellaneous Document
- Keep in mind that you should refrain from attaching sensitive documents or information such as bank statements or photographs of your credit card.
